Description

Our company is looking for an experienced HVAC installer to join our team. This candidate must have 2+ years experience with knowledge of the HVAC industry and takes pride in their work. Pay is DOE with opportunity for bonuses and regular raises. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Work authorization required
  • EPA certification and 06 preferred
  • Basic knowledge of and ability to use hand tools
  • Valid drivers license with clean, safe driving record
  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs
  • Must be able to be on your feet/knees for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time
  • Physically capable of performing duties that include standing for long periods, walking, and climbing ladders
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong desire to learn and continuously improve
  • Must be able to meet short deadlines
  • Ability to read blueprints and other diagrams

Responsibilities

  • Installation of furnaces, heat pumps, water heaters, and A/C
  • Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately
  • Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction (make customers happy)
  • Present yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and work vehicle
  • Actively participate in all training and meetings
